Description

Participants learn about the beauty and colour of glass while focusing on their individual design. The glass making starts with a glass cutting exercise, drawing experiences and finally drawing and assembling a brightly coloured art glass panel for fuse firing.

Note:

  • All materials for glassmaking workshop are supplied
  • Your artworks are available after the high temperature fuse firing – ready for collection after 3-4 days
  • Drawings completed on the day are for participants to take home
  • Pre-made samples assist participants with the design and glassmaking process
  • Participants must wear closed toed shoes and preferable casual clothes to work in the outdoor workshop
  • Participants must wear glasses to protect their eyes

Kiln formed flat panel for framing.  Design your own artwork.
